Forgot Username

You can select to receive your username by email, or if you've set up two-factor authentication, you can get your username on screen.

• Select 'Send username by email', enter the email associated with your account, and your username will be emailed to you shortly.
• If you've set up two-factor authentication, select 'Send username by phone', enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your account. You'll be sent a text-message with a numeric code. Enter the valid code on the next page, and your usename will be displayed.
