The fleet management module contains a vehicle expense component which tracks fuel and maintenance costs, and delivers cost of operation / cost per mile data to aid fleet managers in optimizing vehicle replacement planning. A fleet status component helps managers understand asset capabilities, status, assignment, and location, to aid in real-time fleet deployment management.
The robust and highly configurable asset system makes the fleet management reporting engine highly configurable allowing each manager to have the most relevant information right at her fingertips. Integration with eChecksheet, and eTicket modules helps to automate and validate data to ensure managers see the most up to date, accurate information.
Feedback from our customers on Version 2 has put a number of improvments on the slate for Version 3. Upgrades on data automation, conditional validation, and GUI to name a few.
Only Fuel data entry and mileage reporting are completed at this point in V3 alpha, with the incorporation of conditional hour-tracking for fleet assets. The remaining components and upgrades are coming soon.
